There’s this ridiculous stigma that enjoying the benefits of cannabis will automatically make you less active. For me personally I experience the opposite effect if I choose my strain correctly. Sativa and Sativa dominate Hybrids can be quite physically motivating for me once it’s time to lock in and get the work done.

The idea of marijuana somehow improving ones stamina is nothing new. Ever since I was a kid I can remember seeing older men from my community doing a days work with roach tail hanging out of the corner of their mouths with perfect balance might I add. Now that I’ve read up on a bit of the love that goes into Rick Simpson Oil I wonder if the those gummy sativa joints weren’t slowly releasing the goods into those brothers.
In my opinion one of the keys to unlocking your body’s untapped physical potential is mastering your internal rhythms. For example feelings the way your body transfers weight from side to the other. Needless to say Cannabis is notorious for helping people relax and catch the vibe. Once you make anything you’re doing physically rhythmic you’re going to dramatically increase your overall output.

How many places could someone go and enjoy a good workout as well as take their preferred dose of cannabis?

Try for a minute to imagine how many pro athletes and weekend warrior alike worldwide must be benefiting from cannabis’s ability to facilitate healing and provide fast acting pain relief.

One of my favorite football players growing up Rick Williams, has been championing the need for cannabis friendly training environments for years and has even Founded his own cannabis friendly fitness brand.

With that being said I’m sure the wave of global legalization, will soon inspire the global fitness community to welcome the global cannabis community and unite in the name of good health.
